Return and Exchange Policy
Please read the following carefully before placing an order and understand and agree to all terms!
- Out of Stock/Delayed Shipping If the product is out of stock or there is a delay in shipping exceeding the promised date by 14 days after payment, customers can choose to receive a refund or a full refund transfer.
- Wrong Shipment/Missing Items/Defective Products If customers find any issues after receiving the goods (such as wrong item, wrong color, missing items, or defects*), please contact us within two days after receiving the goods with pictures/video proof of the unboxing. No claims will be accepted beyond the time limit.
*[Definition of Defects]: Extensive damage, stains (excluding issues caused by human factors after shipping) [Non-Defect Definition]: Melting, material issues, personal preference, etc. Colors may vary slightly due to different displays, shooting scenes, or lighting effects.
- Return of Goods Returned goods must be unused, in good condition, and must retain the product tags and packaging. If the returned goods do not meet the above conditions, Slimeaholic Co. Ltd reserves the right to reject the exchange or return request.
- Orders cannot be changed once confirmed.
In the event of any dispute, Slimeaholic CO. Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision.
退換貨政策
如客人收到貨品後發現有問題(如錯款、錯色、少寄、瑕疵*)
請取貨後起計兩天內聯絡我們並附上圖片/拆封錄影證明。錯過時限一概不受理。
*[瑕疵定義]:大面積破損,髒污(不包括出貨後因人為因素導致的問題)
[非瑕疵定義]:融化、材質、個人喜好問題等等
顏色據顯示器、拍攝場景不同或燈光影響而有些微色差
3. 退貨商品
退回的貨品必須未經使用、保持完好保留產品標籤及包裝袋。
如退回貨品有違上述條件,Slimeaholic Co. Ltd有機會拒絕換貨或退貨申請。
