香港本地運送/境外訂單
1.收到確認付款完成的訂單後，香港本地一般大概將在3-8個工作天*內發貨，境外訂單一般會於3-14**個工作天內發貨。
2.香港本地訂單將由順豐快遞 (SF Express) 發貨， 運費到付。
3.貨物寄出後，如有需要更改地址或電話，請聯絡我們。若衍生額外費用，將由買家承擔。
4.如顧客因個人理由未能收件，請自行與順豐速運聯絡安排。如貨件屢次派送失敗，你的訂單可能會被取消，Slimeaholic Co. Ltd不作退款或補回貨品。
5.香港以外之顧客，如因託運公司導致失件，本公司不作退款或補回貨品。
6.Slimeaholic Co. Ltd將不對因送貨處理不當而造成的任何貨物損壞負責。
Hong Kong Local / Outbound
1. Upon receipt of the confirmed payment for the order, local deliveries in Hong Kong will generally be dispatched within 3-8 working days*, while international orders will typically be dispatched within 3-14** working days.
2. Local orders in Hong Kong will be dispatched by SF Express, with freight charges payable upon delivery.
3. After the goods have been dispatched, if there is a need to change the address or contact number, please contact us. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
4. If a customer is unable to receive the delivery due to personal reasons, please make arrangements directly with SF Express. If the delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful, your order may be canceled, and our company will not provide refunds or replacements.
5. For customers outside Hong Kong, in the event of loss of goods due to the shipping company, our company will not provide refunds or replacements.
6. Our company will not be responsible for any damages caused by delivery mishandling.
